Nothing to track.
pomaros.com has no analytics, no ads, no third-party scripts and no third-party fonts. Reading it leaves nothing behind but the usual connection with the web host.
Reading the site
Reading the public pages sets no cookie and keeps nothing that says who you are. The site runs on Microsoft Azure, which handles the connection like any web host. Downloads of the PomAROS ports come from GitHub, where GitHub's own privacy statement applies.
Writing to us
A message from the contact form is kept with what you write, the subject, and the name and address you choose to give, until it is answered or no longer needed. If you are signed in with GitHub, your GitHub account name is kept with it.
To stop floods of spam, a scrambled form of your network address is held in memory for one hour, then forgotten. It is never written to disk.
Signing in with GitHub
Only native PomAROS testers sign in. GitHub tells the site your account name and number; nothing more is asked (no email, no access to your repositories) and no GitHub token is kept. A session cookie, pomaros-account, keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
Testers
For testers, the site also keeps what the tester agreement lists in its section 7: the name and email address given when signing it, the GitHub account, the date, time, network address and browser of the signature, and the dates on which the testers' pages were opened and the kit downloaded. Someone who asks to test is kept with their GitHub account and the note they wrote.
These records serve the test program only. They are not sold or shared.
Your data
To see what the site keeps about you, or to have it deleted, write through the contact form. The record of a signed tester agreement is kept as long as that agreement applies.
